Refund and Return Policy

At Meme Machine Apparel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since we operate a print-on-demand business, each product is custom-made just for you when you place your order. Please review the policy below for details on returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. No Returns or Exchanges for Print-On-Demand Products

As all of our products are printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or changes of mind. Please carefully review the size chart and product details before making your purchase.


2. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you may do so within 4 hours of placing it. After this period, production begins, and we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We strive for quality and want you to love your purchase! If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will either offer a replacement or a refund.


4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item (wrong design, size, or color).
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the issue has been reviewed and approved.


5. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return, refund, or replacement request, please contact us at apparelmememachine@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • A clear description of the issue, along with relevant photos if necessary

We’ll get back to you within 2-3 business days to assist with your request.


6. Shipping for Damaged/Incorrect Items

In the event of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.


7. Final Sale Items

Custom or personalized items, as well as sale items, are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
